I called the company to come and take care of a problem we had, as there was a recurrence from a previous occurrence. The person who came phoned before he came to give me a heads up, came exactly when he said he would, and did a very thorough job of extinguishing the problem and preventing future incursions.
Mike is the ultimate professional. He shows up on time, does exactly what he says when he says. He is very knowledgable and will take the time to explain whatever you need to know. He is very clean and conscientious with respect to your house. He tested the water before beginning so we knew exactly what setting to put the machine at, and even brought a bag of salt to get it started. I would highly recommend this company. We were very pleased.
They did a horrible horrible job. Do not under and circumstances use them. They splashed and smeared stain onto the hardwood and left a huge mess of my floor. Had to pay a real contractor to come in and fix the problem.
