We're incredibly impressed with the work done by Y&G Construction Group on our basement renovation. They transformed it into a beautiful, functional space that exceeded our expectations. We hired Y&G to mill and install 7 archways with casing, floor boards, replace tile in entryway and reframe fireplace. The initial cost estimate was high, but we wanted a quality work. Everything looks beautiful.

The only thing Im upset about is substantial extra charges. Two archways weren't installed as expected - but it was resolved the next day. I didn't expect a cost for what I believed were mistakes.

This company definitely deserves 5 stars for work completed, but would have preferred pricing clarity. As much as we love work done by Y&G Construction Group
we will be looking for another company to do our next project.

I had a wall removed and all new cabinetry and redesign of my kitchen. I love it. It was everything I wanted and more. When they suggested i get an outlet for my central vac in the kick under the cabinets i went for it and really love the convenience of that feature. The guys are all great and my backsplash was perfect. No other charges from the original quote. Highly recommend

Y & G have built one store for me and freshened up another. They do wonderful work, work within their quoted budget and are willing to make changes when necessary. We were very pleased with their work and would happily recommend them.

Y&G Construction Group has done renovation projects in 2 condos that I have owned including a complex and successful soundproofing job due to complaints of audible “noise” from my playing of a musical instrument. Working in condos means dealing with rules and condo boards, and Y&G Construction Group was patient and competent in the regard.

Their CEO, Glenn Hunter is hands-on and makes sure everything is done right. He is also very helpful and efficient when dealing with all the small details and decisions that come up during the construction, keeping the client well informed at all times. Glenn also connected me with an excellent interior designed for my more extensive renovation. Customer satisfaction is a priority with Y&G Construction Group and they are very willing to return and fix anything that was overlooked or not working properly.

The company is reliable and all the employees I have dealt with are polite and competent. I would highly recommend Y&G Construction Group has a construction contractor.
