Rockview had done some renos for our friends and when it came time to renovate we knew who to call. We were asked what our budget was and they worked around it. Alex was very helpful in the design process letting us know what worked and what didn't. Our kitchen design was all done within the week and the reno's took a lot less time then quoted. Our living room is open concept to our kitchen and was done seamlessly within our budget.

Alex Varano from Rockview Homes came in to do an office renovation for me which consisted of custom shelving, various wall installations and lighting. He provided me with a well planned, transparent overview of the project and provided ongoing updates throughout the 3 weeks it took to complete it. The cost was reasonable and funds were well used. Will definitely use these guys for future projects.

I can personally attest to the excellent workmanship I received from Alex at Rockview Homes. After speaking on the phone, Alex came out and gave me a quote on the things I wanted to have done in my kitchen. He is extremely personable and very honest and his
price was very competitive so I hired him to do the work.
I had him strip my old kitchen counter in preparation for the new one arriving, he also did some extensive carpentry work on my cabinets and island to accommodate my new appliances and update them a bit.
He also did my new backsplash meticulously, and in one day.
I will definitely reccommend him to anyone looking to have work done in their home.

Alex from Rockview Homes did a terrific job on a long list of overdue renovations that we needed done in the house. It was a wide array of tasks that covered everything from a tile back-splash in the kitchen to resolving some ducting problems in the basement... and also putting up a fence in the backyard!

Alex was very accommodating of our schedule as we needed to get these done prior to putting our house up for sale. He completed all tasks over the course of a full weekend and I am extremely happy with both the final product as well as his punctuality. Rockview Homes came highly recommended at a time I was looking for a contractor with vision, depth and scope to handle a tough kitchen and bathroom renovation in an older house. Others saw dollars signs whereas Alex of Rockview Homes re-introduced me to the excitement I first felt when I bought my house. I was pleased that not only does my kitchen and bathroom shine in a way that was better than what I imagined we also didn't enter reno hell of having your initial budget blown to smithereens. I'm looking forward to bringing Rockview back this summer to work on my basement.

Alex arrived at my home each and every day nice and early. Alex did most of the work himself, drywall, mudding, and cabinet installation. However even when he called in the specific trades (granite, electrician, plumber, etc) Alex was STILL there supervising every step of the way. The job went without a hitch as you can see from the posted photo. I would definetly use Rockview again in the future to finish my basement kitchen!

I had a gentlemen by the name of Alex come renovate our kitchen. He changed the floors, added granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and a new back-splash. He was professional, HONEST, fast, and overall did an amazing job! I'm having him back to renovate our washrooms next. Highly recommend this contractor.

We engaged Rockview Homes to complete a renovation in our basement to create a TV room. Alex arrived on time for our initial discussion and was able to provide some excellent suggestions as to both design and materials. The work was completed on time and in a very professional manner; although it took two additional days to complete due to scheduling for the plumber and the electrician. Alex and his team knew what they were doing; they were extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and well organized. As usual, there is always some little problem lurking behind the walls, and in our case, the shut off value/tap for the outside hose was leaking a little and needed to be replaced. Some contractors would have just ignored the problem, but Rockview does quality work and is thorough in their approach. We were very pleased with this experience and highly recommend Rockview Homes.
