I am currently selling my house and an inspector found some small traces of mold in my attic. Eagle enterprises sent Aris. It was all done with professionalism and excellence. Aris took his time to make sure that it was all done up to standard so then the new home owners will have nothing to worry about. I would definitely recommend them for any type of restoration project.

Utter disaster. Failed to show up. Phone ALWAYS busy (disconnected?). Does not answer emails. Basically took our money - we paid up front through Groupon and we have been unable to use the service for months, now giving up despite having paid money to this outfit.

I bought 5 vouchers through DealFind. The company is terrible, cannot get to them by phone, never answer, never return calls. Finally when I booked an appointment, the first time, no one showed up! The second time a girl came at 1:30 and was done at 3:30... so much for my 4 hours. She was very rude, did not clean well (Washed my front mirror closet with Lysol) and refused to stay longer. I complained to the company and next time they sent me someone else who was very good. I requested this cleaning lady after but the company refused because she was driving, they kept her for Brampton. The next time, a student girl came at 3:30 instead of 1:00 and that because I pick-her up at the bus station. She had no clue where she was going and she has no clue how to clean a house either. I had to show her everything! She never had time to go in the kitchen. She even threw her dirty bucket of water (after washing floor in batroom) in a clean bath tub, which I asked her to re-clean the bath after! The next appointment, the company called the same morning to cancel. Even the apointment before, they cancelled at least 3 or 4 times on me. I called DealFind and I gave them another chance. But last time they were scheduled, they did not even show up! That's was it... I called DealFind to complain and few days later, DealFind refunded me the last 2 vouchers. Thanks Dealfind. But do yourself a favor and do not buy from Eagle's Touch Services and please DealFind, do not do business with them. Thanks.

Ok so after about 11 calls to the 647-772-2955 number and 5 emails, I have not heard back and today which should be the FIRST of the 3 voucher redemption cleaning dates, they are a no show, their cell is OFF and their work number is OUT OF SERVICE!!!! It took me 4 weeks to be able to book after I was only able to speak to someone once, and now they are not coming! I have already called MadDeal to tell them we need a refund asap. I wish I had come here to read these horrible reviews to begin with, because I wouLdn`t have wasted time and money buyinG the 3 vouchers!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

If you're looking for how NOT to run a business, I'm sure you can get a lot of tips from Eagle's Touch. It has been such a nightmare and time waster trying to redeem my Deal Find voucher! The company is almost impossible to get through to on the phone, and when I finally had a date booked, they called afterwards to cancel. I then re-booked, only to have them not show up! If you do actually get through on the phone, the woman is rude and ignorant.
Such a brutal company, I hope I can get my money back from Deal find!

That's was the worst experience I've ever had. I bought 2 vouchers and was so stupid to use them both. Two different ladies left the apartment dirty and I had to clean right after them. The first one was very rude, was late for an hour. She couldn't find the way from subway to our place. We tried to assist her on phone, but 7 min walk she made in an hour. Both ladies left dirt under furniture - bed and sofas. Both wanted to clean with single-use cleaning mops only. Sorry, we have it, but don't use much. The first lady tried to teach me what I should use and was very rude. She said she doesn't work with those stupid vouchers(!) and highly insisted on tips. The second said that she is not supposed to squeeze the mops! She refused to vacuum, but didn't bother to gather dirt, just moved it from one place to another. She stored a bag with dust near baby's toys and I had to clean them after her. These are just a few details from that experience...
Wow, how can it be called _CLEANING_SERVICE_?

Eagle Touch is a horrific company. They are not cleaners, but a few unemployed and unprofessional people coming into people's home hurling insults and not cleaning one thing.

Dealfind is at fault-for accepeting this company. Those of duped by dealfind and used Eagle touch should complain and ask for a refund. I am doing this!

I have rated many companies but never gave anone firm a BIG ZERO. Here you go Eagle TOuch: 0/10.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING! This is the WORST service ever we've received from a cleaning agency. I'd rate it with negative mark if it was possible. We've had an experience with 4 other agencies and always were satisfied with their job. We bought 2 vouchers for 3HR cleaning and decided to give the second chance just because thought the first cleaning lady was an exception. But the second time another lady was as bad as previous.
We have to keep our apartment clean all the time because of our crawling baby, so we do wet cleaning at least twice per week and don’t leave much work for cleaning ladies. Still we need the floors to be cleaned properly, what means usage of vacuum or broom. But instead of that the lady used a mop with the cloth for dusting surfaces to dust the floor – the same cloth for the whole apartment without washing it even once. She moved the mop back and forth without collecting any dust, just smearing it around.
The lady didn't clean the floor under the beds and sofas at all. When I asked to do so, she replied that I need to move the sofa and chair, although what was needed just to bend, the mop could easily go under. Even when I moved it didn't help much. Basically she just moved dust from one place to another.
Most of the time cleaning lady was working and talking on the phone simultaneously, holding her phone with her shoulder.
For mopping we use a cloth that we wash in a bucket. Maybe it's old fashioned now, but this is way we do. Other ladies came with their own mop or used our without any problem. That lady said that she wants another mop because she's NOT SUPPOSED TO SQUEEZE the cloth, that this is not her job! It was for me as a bolt from the blue. I gently explained her that is indeed her job, then I personally filled the bucket with water, put solution and showed how we mop the floor. After that the lady became unreasonable arguing that because she is a black we look down at her and complain about everything. I was numbed. I've explained her that this is not about the race, and I have friends from all backgrounds and this is about the work. It was such a ridiculous thing to go through all these explanations when you just expected to get your house cleaned! Then she said that she is not doing it anymore, demanded coupon, taxes and went off even without saying goodbye leaving the job unfinished! Instead of 3 hours she worked only 2,5. She left dirt everywhere. Moreover, she put a bag with all collected dust near baby’s toys, so I have to clean them after her. Her behavior was very rude, but the first time another lady was much ruder and we regret we didn’t write a review on her.

I, TOO, RECENTLY BOUGHT 3 VOUCHERS FOR EAGLE'S TOUCH SERVICE, A 3 HR PACKAGE. HAD I BEEN PRESENT, THE SITUATION WOULD HAVE BEEN QUITE DIFFERENT.
I WAS SO DISGUSTED IN THE LACK OF SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS, I HAD ALL MY VOUCHERS RE EMBURSED INCLUDING A PORTION OF THE VOUCHER THAT WAS NOT HONOURED.
THE LADY ARRIVED LATE; REMANDED TO HAVE THE TAX MONEY HANDED OVER WITHOUT A KIND GREETING OF ANY KIND. SHE WAS DEALING WITH TWO SENIOR CITIZENS WHO HAD NO IDEA THERE WAS TAX TO PAY. THESE WERE GIFTS TO THEM.
THE CLEANING LADY WAS ON THE PHONE AS SHE ATTEMPTED TO FUMBLE ABOUT TRYING TO CLEAN, NOT RAISING HER ARM BEYOND HER HEAD. SHE WAS WITNESSED ON THE PHONE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN. WHEN IT WAS POINTED OUT SHE HAD NOT USED THE VACUUM, SHE BECAME INDIGNANT; WHEN MY FATHER ASKED THAT SHE VACUUM UNDER THE BED BECAUSE HE COULD NOT, SHE REPLIED 'WE DON'T CLEAN UNDER THE BED'; WHEN ASKED TO DUST AROUND THE DOOR FRAME SAYING SHE COULD NOT REACH, WAS OFFERED A STOOL BARELY A FOOT OFF THE FLOOR, SHE REFUSED SAYING THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO CLIMB UP ON ANYTHING.
IN THE END, SHE LEFT OVER AN HOUR EARLIER THAN SHE WAS EXPECTED TO; THE TIME FRAME WAS 9:30 TO 12:30; SHE LEFT CLOSER TO 11:30.
WHEN THIS WAS BROUGHT UP TO THE EMPLOYER, FIRSTLY I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T DO ALL THE CLEANING ONE WOULD EXPECT; I WAS INSULTED WHEN AND OFFENDED BY TELLING ME SHE BELIEVED HER EMPLOYEE, NOT GIVING MY CONCERN ANY VALIDATION; TELLING ME SHE WAS GOING TO REQUEST A REFUND AND BEFORE I COULD SAY ANYTHING MORE, SHE HUNG UP ON ME.
I WAS BESIDE MYSELF HAVING 'NEVER' DEALT WITH SUCH RUDENESS BY ANYONE IN THIS LINE OF WORK.
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER BUYING A VOUCHER BY THIS COMPANY.
