Zahlco Construction

I acquired the services of Zahlco Construction a few months ago for a client of mine to do demo and general construction at a property and was very satisfied with the initial visits, the quote, and ultimately the job. It was all completed in a timely fashion which is unusual for these types of jobs.
I have since retained Zahlco for other projects and will continue to do so.

I was impressed from the begging of the quoting process until the last nail was hammered. Aaron (owner of Zahlco) was at our house every morning to make sure that everything was done in an efficient manner. The price stayed exactly the same as we made up and they actually added things in for mo extra cost! I highly recommend them and had an amazing experience! thank you Aaron

Zahlco was extremely professional. We received a lot of time from them in planning the renovations prior to our taking possession of the home, and the employees were courteous and polite while they were there. I would reccomend Zahlco to anyone needing a contractor.

We were looking to do a basement renovation, and called a few companies for quotes. In the end we went with Zahlco, as they had reasonable rates, and were very knowledgeable and helpful.
The job was well done, and the workers went out of their way to clean up after every day.
