We had a sewage/water backup into our building which caused extensive damage in the basement. As a result we required a clean up, parts of the building to be removed and mold treatment.

As soon as we called Magical Restoration they were on site immediately and got everything done promptly and efficiently.
They did an excellent job with the clean up and restoration. As well, kept us informed of everything they did. They were also very helpful when dealing with our insurance.

I highly recommend them!

When we moved into our first home, we needed work done in a short time period. The people from Zahlco not only spent the time beforehand to talk/plan according to our personal tastes, but were efficient at managing the project so that we could move in according to plan. We have used them for all additional work on our home, and would strongly recommend them for anyone.

Zahlco Construction was amazing to work with from start to finish. They say down with us at the beginning and we went through all the details and gave us as much time as we needed to be comfortable with going forward. They were also able to deal with changes and new ideas throughout the entire process. One of the best things was the fact that they were extremely clean and tried to keep the inconvenience to us to a minimum. Each day the site was clean when they left and they finished the entire job on time and within budget! I would highly recommend them!

After the growth of our family we needed to expand our living space. Zahlco construction was recommended by a family friend and we lucked out big time! They were with us every step of the way, the project was done on time and we could not be more happy with our new living quarters!
