I called Muhammad immediately after successfully evicting the tenants. The condition was horrendous. They left a lot of infested furniture, wall hangings, clothing and king size mattresses behind (which he properly covered). He came over and did an assessment of the situation. It was absolutely fantastic news to discover Muhammad provided a service to clear out the infested furniture. As it stood, our family would've had to do the move. Highly risking an infestation in our own homes. Muhammad worked like a machine for 2 days. He head down and 100% focused on getting the job done. He filled 2 14ft bins. On day 1 it became clear that we needed the second bin. However, we made arrangements for the bin people to come at the end of the day and they were fully booked. Muhammad is the constant problem solver. So that it didn't slow down the job he broke up the dressers, shelving, side tables into parts using every inch of the bin. The apt was highly infested even for I think Muhammad's standards. He then thoroughly vacuumed, used 2 types of chemical treatment and heat treatment to rid the apt of all bedbugs. He then did a quick chemical spray of the entire house for added protection. The results were night and day. We are so thankful for his wealth of knowledge and strong work ethic. I don't think anyone else could've done the scope and scale of this job. Price was as quoted. I hope I never need to use an exterminator again. But without hesitation it would be with Muhammad!
