After calling in a K-9 unit and paying several hundreds of dollars, I was told that there were absolutely no bed bugs in our home. Within moments of Muhammad arriving in our home, he immediately detected not only bed bugs but also a carpet beetle infestation. He was extremely thorough with very strong attention to detail not only in his initial inspection and treatment, but also in every single follow-up visit afterwards. Muhammad is patient, extremely professional and also extremely knowledgeable not only in regards to pests, but also in terms of the psychological effects pests can have on us. Part of the treatment cost included protective equipment for our mattresses and furniture which was greatly appreciated, and Muhammad took his time to explain the best way to protect our home and belongings moving forward.
