The bed bug infestation in this house originated from a tenant and the bed bugs had begun to travel between the levels of the house through heating/AC pipes infesting the basement ceiling, and even through the kitchen water pipes under the sink traveling to the basement. With the rise of bed bug infestations in the city, it is important to make sure that tenants do not bring such a problem with them to your home.
