He came by the same night, was discreet as we live in a townhouse complex, covered his shoes, put on gloves and was extremely professional. He looked at the bites on my husband's shoulder and then went to inspect the bedroom. He moved the mattress from the wall and found a bed bug and found more under the mattress and box spring. He gave us detailed instructions to prepare for the treatment and completed it 4 days later, it was a meticulous job. We had several questions that he responded to extremely quickly and he made 2 follow up visits to ensure all was clear.
