Our nightmare began in mid February when we discovered several adult bedbugs crawling across the underside of our bedsheet. We panicked, bagged our bedding and pillows and immediately jumped on homestars to look for a bedbug professional. Muhammed was the first person we called based on his excellent reviews. He came the following day for the inspection which was a Sunday and ended up treating our bedroom on Monday, which was a holiday (Family Day) no less. Muhammed went out of his way to help us when he knew we had small children in the home. It turns out we had a major infestation in our master bedroom, one that had likely grown over a 1 year period by his estimation. The signs were there for some time in retrospect but we never once suspected bedbugs! Muhammed was so meticulous in his search for the critters, even finding eggs hiding inside screws on the underside of a side table! He spent 10 hours treating our master bedroom alone. Both of our boy's rooms were inspected as well and as no evidence was found, Muhammed didn't recommend spending money on treating them. Instead, monitors were installed in their rooms and throughout the house. Unfortunately a few days later, one bug was found in our 3 year old's room and also in our living room. That was enough for us to decide to treat all the bedrooms and our main floor as well. Muhammed explained that this was normal given the high level of infestation. We often have all 4 of us sleeping in our bed thus increasing the chances of spreading the bugs throughout the home. He promptly returned and again, spent a significant amount of time inspecting and treating our home. I wish we could say that all was fine after that, but since then we have found a few adults in our master and a baby in our infant son's room. Muhammed has always returned either the same day or the following day to inspect and re-treat. Our master has had a total of 3 different chemical treatments and we are hopeful that it is finally over. It's been a few days now with clean monitors. This experience has been very stressful but Muhammed has been reassuring throughout, calming our nerves with each conversation. He has been honest and understanding and professional at all times. We would most definitely recommend him should someone ever be in a similar unfortunate situation!
