The previous company never found out where the bedbugs lived, but PSS found the source and got rid of everything. It was such a relief. Months went by, and they never came back. I am so lucky that I found this company, because reading on the internet, I know other people are not always so fortunate to have their problem solved.
However, having had them was so traumatic, that I sometimes had a fear that the bedbugs would come back. so I called Mr. Akram, and he came back. He re-inspected, and of course found NOTHING. He was very patient about my worries. He installed bedbug detectors. He suggested this because he knew I wanted that reassurance that the bugs were truly gone forever. Just having the detectors installed gave me more peace of mind, and that was what I needed.
