We ordered an awning to cover our front entry door - it was specified on the order, however when it was delivered was not to the specs. Unfortunately, it was not until it was installed that the mistake became blatantly clear. We let the installers know that this was not our awning, and when they .looked at the specs on the order, had to agree. We called and let the Sales person know immediately that there was a mistake.
Thankfully and to this company's total credit, they took full responsibility. They removed the awning when they had opportunity, and had another built to the original specs and replaced with no argument, no questioning, no issues whatsoever!! We are so pleased and delighted to have had association with a company that is true to their word and trustworthy. We will recommend CraftBilt when ever we have the opportunity.
