Jim and Steve from Waterman provided us with excellent service for our recent basement plumbing issues. They came to investigate the issue within 24 hour. They provided us with several different cost options to fix the problem and were able to start almost immediately. Their crew was very friendly and protected our basement by putting up plastic covering our belongings. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job on time. We are very pleased with the service and quality of work and would recommend them to anyone. We will most definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues and for our future renovation plumbing.

Hi I am homeowner I have had 3 company's try and fix my wet basement I have spend thousands I found waterman on home stars I am so glad I did Steven the service technician showed up went they said he would he spent hours here coming up with a solution to fix this problem for good took the time to explain in detail to my husband and I after a few day of thinking myself and husband decided to go ahead it took the crew about a week to excavate and it was tough the soil was very wet but the crew was here everyday till the project was done 12 hours a day the clean up was perfect they even put back the grass and saved two trees I thought I was going to lose it has rain for days and no water I would like to thank the whole waterman crew I would recommend them to anyone

Our company operates out of a century old home and over the past few months we have been plagued with plumbing related issues. We finally called Waterman and discovered tree roots growing in the pipes were causing our issues. Chris put a camera in so we too could see where all the issues were and give us a few different options for repair. The entire team were a pleasure to work with. They made a potentially nightmare situation, seamless.
It was a huge job to replace these pipes and they did so effectively and efficiently with minimal disruption to our office. They completed the job ahead of schedule and left our office better than when they arrived. Jim’s team were all very respectful and hardworking. His team ensured the floors and our neighbours property were protected prior to commencing work. They clean-up as they go along, minimizing mess. There was constant communication and they never left without providing an update on status and next steps. Chris was onsite daily to ensure things ran smoothly.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them for all similar work and will definitely use them again if any more issues arise. This was a very pleasant experience all in all.

Jim has done two jobs for us, both difficult and unpleasant, involving waste pipes. In both cases, he quickly grasped the nature of the problem and patiently explained the options. His quote was reasonable and he stuck to it. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to a very high standard. But what amazed us most was that in each case the crew did their best to minimize the mess and destruction to our house. Jim is extremely careful about this, and insists that his men be just as careful. On a third occasion, we had a smaller problem and called Jim. He explained that he could fix it, but told me how to do it myself and did not charge me for the call. I recommend him to my friends and would not even consider using any other plumber.

I've had two great experiences with Jim. The first was to clear roots from my main drain. And the second to clear pesky hair from the 2nd floor shower drain.

Can't recommend him enough! Shopped around quite a bit. Jim is price competitive and even more important very professional and a great problem solver.

I would HIGHLY recommend Waterman Toronto (aka Plumbing Toronto). We had sewage backup and they were able to come that evening to investigate. They gave us a free quote where other companies wanted to charge $60-200 for a quote. Our consultant Chris was able to show us the issues on his camera. The cost didn't change from our quote. Price was reasonable. The workers were efficient and hard working. They worked in cold and snowy weather. The workers kept the work contained to the smallest area possible. They put up plastic to help reduce the dust inside. They took care of all the city permits. When work was done, they cleaned up their work. Our consultant Chris and owner Jim responded to us promptly when we needed them.

I had the pleasure of having Plumbing Toronto come out to my home to replace a old clay pipe that had cracked and sewage was backing up into my laundry room. Jim and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and treated my home as their own. They covered my floors with plastic and cleaned up my entire home after the job was done. They have a good rapport with the City of Toronto and got the necessary permits to complete the job correctly. Once the job was completed, an inspector came out and the job was approved. Jim had all the necessary paper work ready for me to send off to the City for our rebate. I could have not asked for better service that Plumbing Toronto did for us.
