Our company operates out of a century old home and over the past few months we have been plagued with plumbing related issues. We finally called Waterman and discovered tree roots growing in the pipes were causing our issues. Chris put a camera in so we too could see where all the issues were and give us a few different options for repair. The entire team were a pleasure to work with. They made a potentially nightmare situation, seamless. It was a huge job to replace these pipes and they did so effectively and efficiently with minimal disruption to our office. They completed the job ahead of schedule and left our office better than when they arrived. Jim’s team were all very respectful and hardworking. His team ensured the floors and our neighbours property were protected prior to commencing work. They clean-up as they go along, minimizing mess. There was constant communication and they never left without providing an update on status and next steps. Chris was onsite daily to ensure things ran smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them for all similar work and will definitely use them again if any more issues arise. This was a very pleasant experience all in all.
