Newtech Appliance Repair & Refrigeration

Newtech came over to fix our stove and made things worse! In fact, they damaged the stove beyond what was originally wrong with it and then said, “nothing we can do, we don’t know how to fix it, here are some spare parts we don’t know how to put back”! After the repair man left, my parents started smelling gas, when they called the repair guy back he simply said, “you probably have a gas leak, I would turn off your gas supply”.
Sure enough after hiring another repair company we found out Newtech
damaged the stove and have now been without a stove for over three weeks waiting on parts.

Please don't use ADVANCED HOME REPAIRS as these guys will rip you off! Amin has fixed my stove and now my washer! Amazing job and keep up the great work!

Our washer was leaking so we called Newtech. Their service was fast courteous and the service tech was knowledgeable of the appliance he was working on. He was pumped and efficient with the service he was providing.

HIGHLY recommend -- Amin fixed our Frigidaire in less than 1/2 an hour, and since it was a quick fix he charged only 2/3 initial quote. More importantly he explained what caused the problem and how routine food storage and fridge care can be done to prevent the same leaks in the future. Appreciated his friendliness and patience explaining issues in layman's terms to help us. Many thanks Amin, we'll be calling you again.

We own Sears appliances and used to contact Sears for service. We contacted Newtech - Amin and he quoted his diagnostic service and arrived next day. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed and fixed it. We will contact him from now on for all our appliance repairs.

I contacted your company from an ad on an internet search, Amin responded quickly and made an appointment to come review the issue and resolve it. Service was great, he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and had the part on hand to fix it immediately. He provided some advice on general maintenance to prolong the life of the fridge and prevent overheating. I was very happy with the overall service and would definitely recommend his work.

My Kenmore washer was not draining.
I called Newtech on a Monday morning and he arrived Monday afternoon.

He finished it within 10 minuets. And the price was less than I expected. I was satisfied with the service.

The oven door on my 20 year old stove locked , otherwise everything was in working order. I called NewTech and Amin was able to come within a 2 hour window that day. He quickly solved the problem (I would not have been able to do it myself) and gave me advice about using (or not using) the self-cleaning feature. He did not try to sell me service that wasn't necessary and was totally professional. He definitely knew the workings of that stove model.

My washing machine stopped mid-cycle and I fully expected my family would be without clean laundry for several days. I called Newtech at 10am, they were here at 11:30am and the repairs were completed by 12:00!
