Sink Garburator was replaced on time on budget! Paul was very professional and had great knowledge on the repair.

Newtech was my go to repair service for my fridge on 2 occasions and I was extremely happy with their service. When my washing machine died I called Newtech to do the repairs. The repairman, Paul, came and diagnosed the problem and gave an estimate of $450 to replace the control panel. Paul advised there would probably be a delay in getting the parts due to the supply issues, but he would check availability and call me back by the evening. It is now 10 days later and I haven't had a call back from him. Very disappointing to have such subpar service from a local small business that had provided quality, professional service in the past.

My 10 year old Bosch dishwasher recently stopped cleaning dishes., and was spraying very little water.
Amin identified that the water valve was faulty, and was not allowing enough water into the machine. He demonstrated by using a pot to fill the dishwasher, and showed that the rest of the machine was working fine. Based on this, I decided to repair instead of replace.
Amin was able to quickly source a replacement value, for less than estimated price. Approximate cost was $300, including initial service call, parts, and service call for installation.
I'm very satisfied with the service that I received and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

My dryer was making unusual sounds. The technician replaced the idler pulley wheel and the sound was gone, so it seemed good. He also put in a few feet of flexible tubing when I asked about the vent. After he left I ran a load of laundry and discovered it was actually even worse now. It wouldn't run for more than a couple minutes without shutting off. I called the technician and he did not offer any suggestions as to why, and said he was busy and wouldn't be able to come back for another 3 days. So 3 more days without our dryer, and another disrupted morning. Rather than wait, I did my own troubleshooting and ultimately decided to take it back apart myself, and discovered that the technician had not plugged the moisture sensor back in. I fixed that and it's running again. I called to inform them and they just said "OK thanks". The service did not match the price.

Update: The owner contacted me the next day to ask what happened and offered a 10% credit in an effort to fix the situation.

My washing machine stopped agitating. Paul came at the arranged time, diagnosed the problem, said he would find the part and call to arrange a follow up visit, was upfront with the projected cost. Paul called 2 days later (on a weekend) to say he had found a part and scheduled his return visit. Again arrived on time and fixed the washer very quickly. The cost was exactly as quoted earlier. I
Couldn’t be happier with Newtech’s service. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs appliance repairs and will use again if/when I need appliance repairs. Thank you!

On time, up front about what was required and repaired our 11 year old washer in good time. Would highly recommend Amin to anyone that asks for suggestions of whom to call.

We had to get our old stove disconnected before delivery of our new one (1st visit) and get the new one connected (2nd visit). They came before delivery with a safe margin for traffic, and then they returned the next day in the morning because the delivery of the new stove had happened too late in the evening the day before. They were quick and efficient and the cost for the visits was exactly what they said it would be. Loved it. Thank you!

Amin came and repaired our stove for us. He was able to repair it the same day having the parts he needed with him. He then took the time to the check our dishwasher for us and told us that it was not worth the money to fix it. We thought this was the case has the dishwasher is over 30 years old.
We were very satisfied and will call again when we will need an appliance repaired.
