Alarm force was easy to reach for technical support. someone was there to answer questions when I needed assistance. i have been an alarm force customer for many years and continue to use their services. they try their best to be helpful.

You never have to wait long for someone to answer your call and they are always courteous and provide clear instructions. We are extremely happy with the service they provide.

Alarm Force has great customer service. I had an issue with my equipment after a power outage and from the time I called them to the time they had it resolved was about 5 minutes. I would recommend them to everyone.

The people at Alarm Force are always quick to respond, and their tech support people have always been successful in helping me with my inquiries. I have their service installed in my home and at my cottage. Their service simply works!

Excellent service was provided today by the Alarm Force customer service rep who provided very clear and concise advice and pricing. She took the time to fully explain other options available.

I just had this installed after a break in. I should have done this before. Its a no brainer. After it was installed I called my insurance company, they lowerd the price by $500 per year. The alarm is $480 per year... its free really. I pay for insurance anyway. Why not be safe.

I see a lot of positive reviews for this company concerning installation, this makes sense, their installers are great. What happens after the installer leaves is another story. I would love for someone from Alarmforce, who actually cares about the products and services sold to me and my family to actually contact me and try to make things right. I am extremely frustrated in making attempts to contact them regarding the functionality, or more accurately the lack thereof, of our system.

The Alarm Force people were very nice, informed, knew what they where talking about, from the initial call to the install,they helped me select the proper equipment to have the piece of mind i was looking for, the installation was easy. I had to call them since and their after sales services and tech services are real good Only drawback, no one at Alarm force speak French, every one but me in the household does speak English, just to show you how much i trust their security system and monitoring.

I have alarmforce and last year I bought a new home and needed the equipment set up at the new home. My appt was bumped for someone else to have this reinstalled. Needless to say it has been almost 8 months and the equipment is sitting in a shoebox in my closet. What I find remarkable is that they have no problem contacting me if a payment is missed but have no clue that my home is not hooked up with their service. This just proves that the monitoring service is horrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
