Alarm Force is very easy to work with.. When we go on vacation, we can coordinate a neighbor to be contacted by Alarm Force if there is an issue. They also frequently test our system and answer any questions we have very easily.

Excellent service from the call center down to the technicians who install the product. The alarm is a great piece of mind when home or away. The app is also very easy to use

Had problems with batteries in door sensors . Tech was quick to change out sensors and cautious as we have new kitten in house and under foot. He was friendly and respectful. He cleaned up any mess and answered all of my questions

We will be having a lot of visitors this summer (grand children, etc) plus a dog. We did not want to set the alarm as it would, no doubt be going off every 5 minutes. Our agent, who was quite knowledgeable, quickly arranged for our service to be suspended for the time requested. Greatly appreciated.

Service technician that arrived at my residence was very polite and efficient. Right from the start he explained everything that would take place during his time. He got the job done in the time frame that he mentioned and cleaned up after himself. Great customer service!!

I have been a loyal customer of Alarm Force for over 4 years. The equipment that they provide is manufactured by them and not some out sourced company so its secure! The customer service is very knowledgeable! You just cant go wrong for the price.

Been a happy customer for over ten years. had to cut the cable so my old system through phone lines did not work, so for about the same cost was able to go to a wireless system and glad to do so. I also get a break on insurance which helps offset the cost of the system. Thanks Alarm Force Mark

We have been with Alarm Force for many years and have had excellent service. our last move we were told there was no agent available in our city to do the install therefore we would have to do it ourselves. We asked if a service agent could come in from another location to do the install, answer was NO, when we said we weren't comfortable to do install we were told then we could go elsewhere..... very shocked by that answer and should have persued but didn't just did install ourselves. Only time of disappointment. our new location May 27th is a condo and no longer need the service, but thank you for keeping us safe for many many years
