I was having difficulty with the door sensors after I changed the batteries. I spoke to two different tech support agents during the past few days. The first agent ran tests and gave me the suggestion to buy another set of new batteries and change the batteries again (as the "new" batteries I used may be faulty or old). The agent booked a service call, just in case his suggestion did not work. I did purchase new quality batteries, changed the batteries and called Alarmforce back. This time I spoke with tech support agent Indy to run the tests. Problem solved. Both tech support agents were professional, patient, and helpful. Thank you.
