Walked in to Home Depot stor asking for quote day after sales representative was at our home got quote for reasonable price . Mike Sales representative answered all my questions also explained every details . I signed the contract no rush ! Mike was awesome thanks Mike ! Measurement was also prompt & professional no rush & excellent results at installation fitted perfectly ! Thank you as well .
I needed installation in rush since my family where in vacation , soon I got call from Home Depot , Karen the project coordinator explained to me all the procedure . Karen not only did make the rush installation on the project ( time was may biggest concern ) also coordinated so professionally that I couldn't believe . Karen always had times to call , confirm & plan . Karen was not shy to call ask questions also explain, she was patient and always flowing through . I really believe the installation of our windows & doors in such short time & so professionally with no slightest problem happened because of Karen's hard professional work . Karen always was available , talented, kind & passionate ( like She was working on the job site or for herself ) . The installation crow she arranged was highly professional, on time and clean. Again everything regarding this project from start to finish was smoth and working with project coordinator was pleasure thank you everyone and much thanks to Ms. Karen
