I have nothing but excellent things to say about Steve and the employees at Canada Furnace. They are extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and friendly. The people who answer the phone are wonderful, too!

Steve was very helpful in helping me choose a new boiler and hot water tank. We looked at all the different options. The installers were also friendly and professional. Everything was installed in a timely manner, and the boiler and hot water tank work perfectly.

I highly recommend Canada Furnace!

Had BC Furnace in a few years ago and was very nervous about dealing with a furnace company, but my furnace was out for the count (integrated control panel). Up front, fair, honest, and very reasonable-we went over options and they strove to get our furnace up and running at a reasonable price. I have a very good impression of this company and won't hesitate to bring them back in the future. I know that I don't plan to replace my hot water tank, and I'll be going to an on demand system when my old tank gives, and it'll be these folks in.

This is the second time we use Canada Furnace. The previous one we had a very pleasant experience with them, Steve came to our place to discuss our needs always in a very easy and open way with out pushing for a brand but making suggestions based on our needs and budget. The installation was the best part, I called to reschedule installation due to an emergency trip, Steve talked to me and sugest to keep the instal going he mentioned they have a very professional team plus always have a manager or senior supervisor in place to check all will be going according to the quote and up to the code, I accepted. The came and in one day installed the furnace and tankless water heater, they were very professional and clean, Robin lead the installation and was in charge in this smooth installation. I am sure they had big challenges to complete it but never bother my family to solved them they simply did it, I called a couple of times during my trip to see how the things were going and found no problem at all.

For the second time with out thinking we chose Canada Furnace to bring a heat pump, replace furnace and water heater at the end we also instal mini-split air conditioning system. We ended with a very nice heating and air conditioning configuration at the best price for the most quite and efficient equips and on top of that part of this was financed. Thanks to all Canada Furnace team, Steve, Robin, Alicia, both Ryans and all the crew your are the best.

We were in the market for a Heat Pump and ran into Gary and Steve had the Home Show earlier this year 2013. The two were very helpful and informative and helped us find the right heat pump for us. Since the install there have been a couple service calls for very routine items (mostly the user not knowing how to operate lol) and all service techs have been punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We are so impressed with this company that we had them clean out our furnace ducts as well and will use them whenever we have any heating/plumbing needs.

Our furnace was not working properly and I called Canada Furance for service. Their serviceman ( Robert) came early for our appointment and was able to service & repair our furance very quickly. He also showed exactly what he did to the furance. He was very helpful.

Steve and Ryan had amazing customer service and pricing when it came to getting new hot water tanks for my condo (building). We were in an emergency situation where we had leaks and they were so quick to help us out!

Contacted them about two weeks ago. Estimate is prepared professionally, explained in details, also the tech rep mentioned about government re baits what is very important in making decision about replacing boiler.

From start to finish, this company was hands down the best contractors we've dealt with. They gave us a set price upfront for our furnace installation regardless of any additional work that would be needed to bring things up to code (and there turned out to be a lot as we are in an older home). The technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, and on time! They went above and beyond by even changing our pipe/valve for our hot water tank because they didn't like the job done by a previous contractor - and this extra work was done at no charge, simply because they thought it was the right thing to do.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for furnace/hot water tank work. Would use again in a heartbeat.
