We needed the roof repaired on the front half of the house (been leeking for several months). We checked it out ourselves and found the previous owners had done so many patches that it was a multi-layered mess. Friends had used Gemini so we called. The came within 24 hours and gave a quote with a contingency quote (ie. if further damage found...).
They showed up as scheduled, completed the work professionally and stuck to their pricing quote. We had 24hr contact with the gentleman and he returned calls immediately (not days later as others had done).
