Canadian Tire - Calgary

Canadian Tire customer service is awesome. We bought an air compressor about a year ago and the controls started to give us trouble. I can't find the receipt, but was told to bring it in and they would happily exchange it for us. Canadian Tire is a true delight to deal with.

We needed a very basic mower for a small house we just moved into, I had always had a gas mower before so I was unsure what to buy. I could not find any associate to help me find what I wanted. When I found the product myself, it was not priced correctly as I had checked it earlier online. When I took it to the till, an associate scanned it for me and fortunately it then came up as the correct price. I was unhappy and angry with the service.

To be honest, no stores sell just plain, easy, affordable, step stools anymore! I looked everywhere and i finally came across Canadian Tire! It was affordable, easy to find, and sustainable. I didnt even have to look for it becausse of the great service that offered their help right when we walked in! I will definately consider purchasing more products from their again! Also the added bonus of free popcorn leaving the store was very beneficial !

Canadian Tire really had a very good selection of Electric mantel Fireplaces to choose from. I needed one to give as a Christmas gift, for a basement suite of a friend...got one! they had very reasonable prices, choices, and service...would gladly shop there for products for the home again...

They have the worst stock inventory system. I checked their online site and it indicated a certain location had the water test kit that I wanted in stock. Went there but found zero. Asked a staff member, he checked their own system and told me to go to a second location where I should be able to find the kit. Drove 1/2 hour to the second location only was told they had the kit somewhere in the store but they didn't know where it was. Asked if they could find it or at least order it for me but the answer was 'no'. This time they sent me to Cochrane to look for the kit. I called Cochrane to have someone do a shelf check just to make sure they had it before driving all the way down there. After 1.5 hours of driving around I finally found one water test kit. The bottom line is... the computer system of Canadian Tire is completely useless. Always get someone to do a shelf check, never trust their online site or even their computer system!

With the change of season the service was quick items in stock and competitively priced. would recommend the southwest store for most repairs. this has consistently been true over several decades

Great sale on at Canadian tire, my coffee maker was 50% off. Staff weren't very helpful though, didn't seem to know what was going on. They also had coffee makers out on display that they no longer sold.

Went to Canadian Tire looking for lights for our new house. They had what we were looking for and it was easy to find. Help can be difficult to find at times, but once you do find it they are informative.
