In 2015 I found JPG Flooring on home stars and took a chance. I called and got a quote right away. Found they were very reasonable. They were very professional over the phone and in person.
They did amazing job on my kitchen floor which by the way was not an easy task. They had to level it from one end to the other before laying the tiles down. The tiles were huge and very heavy. Not easy to work with. At the end they turned out amazing. Then my other contractors came in to install my cabinets. They were so amazed with the tiles , they wanted to hire the guy who installed them. The cabinet installers did not have to level the cabinets at all because the floors were well leveled. Once the cabinets were installed I contacted JPG Flooring to install my backsplash. Again, they did amazing job. One happy customer. 6 years later, my tiles are still intact. Look amazing like the day they were installed. Thank you JPG Flooring for doing a wonderful job on my floors and back splash. I would highly recommend you. Looking forward having you do my other projects in the near future.

Unbelievable service. We had hired another contractor for their services and when they didn't show up, we had to cancel them. We were prepared for the work to commence with the bin in the driveway and moved all the appliances off the floor. We contacted JBG who made last minute arrangements for us to complete the work. What an amazing team and the workmanship was extraordinary. Extremely professional team and we cannot say enough about them. We cannot thank them enough for work well done. I was very impressed with the turn out. My bathroom looks amazing! Dino came out, gave me a quote & it was pretty reasonable considering the size of the bathroom. Sanil did an amazing job with the installation and it was completed within a week.

I got the name of this company by reviewing HomeStars. I didn't feel comfortable dealing with Dino, the manager, but I had no other prospects.

There were constant delays. The project took a significant time longer to complete, probably due to the fact that I was told that two men would work on my project, but there was only one worker. The workman did not clean up after the job was completed. Finally, I had to get a copy of my 50% deposit cheque because the company didn't seem to have a record of my payment.

Overall, the work was good, but not worth the aggravation, and frustration dealing with this company. Never again.

I was looking for a contractor to lay tiles in my kitchen and install the backsplash too, I contacted a handful of contractors through home starts and none of them told me what I wanted to hear. I came across JBG Flooring and I decided to give them a call and left a message. It was the next day when they called me back and when I was talking to Guytano over the phone, I was very pleased how he was very professional and answered all my questions. He told me exactly what I wanted to hear over the phone, I explained to him that he is going to have to work around the contractor that was installing my cabinets he replied back no problem. When they started laying the tiles in my kitchen the contractors were very clean and pleasant. I was very surprised how they were cleaning up after themselves and keeping the job site very tidy and clean. After the job was done I was very happy they did an excellent job.
