It really has been a pleasure dealing with Yuri and Mikhail. They are quite personable and professional individuals. I live in the heart of the Annex and I wanted to ensure that my windows were completed under budget and that they were installed correctly on my detached home. The quote that I had received from them was very competitive and the workmanship was excellent and on time. An important indicator of any company is their after service or follow up. Yuri is great at that and that is probably why I always call him for other work on other projects/properties in which windows or doors are involved. I called him last week about some window parts I needed for another house and he hand delivered them to me today! I have also referred others to this company. Great client service! That is why this company will for sure get more of my business in the future.

Yury and Omega were a pleasure to work with. I approached Yury to have a sliding door replaced in a house downtown Toronto that is used as office space, and he was very sensitive to the urgency of our need. He quoted a very reasonable price, stayed in contact/kept me in the loop throughout the process, and showed up to do the work when he said he would. His team worked extremely efficiently and did not create a large disruption in our office which was very important to us. The materials were what he said they would be, and the work was done very quickly (within a week of signing an agreement). We were very impressed with the pricing point and work of Omega. Yuri and I spend some time rethinking the way we wanted to upgrade my old windows (aluminum with lower sliders). Maximum light, air exchange, clean lines, UV protection. Seven windows were replaced in just over 4 hours. Thank you Yuri and team!

After receiving a fax from Omega, we decided to book an estimate. We were so impressed after meeting with them that we cancelled our other consultations. Not only could Omega get our windows installed quickly, their price was by far the best. Our windows arrived well within the four week time frame and Yuri and his team were here to instal our windows two days later. Omega replaced all of the windows in our house in one day! Yuri and his team were professional, clean, and polite, and offered thoughtful design suggestions. They did an excellent job! Yuri and his team did an excellent job! I had a number of windows and 3 doors replaced at my cottage in Beaverton. Not only were they the least expensive, the windows are of exceptional quality and the quality of workmanship is excellent.
