Ottawa Building & Foundation Repair

Ottawa Building & Foundation Repair did an excellent job repairing the foundation on the addition of my home. The job involved excavation, insulation from grade to beyond the underground footings, waterproofing, repairing the foundation blocks and a large hole in the outer wall, and parging.
The project was done in a timely fashion and within the estimated budget. The workers were skilled and courteous and the final appearance after parging was great. The management and office staff were helpful and responded promptly to any questions. Most importantly, in the time since the work was done, the house addition has stopped shifting due to the foundation issues and the final job still looks good.
