A 1960s concrete garage slab and asphalt driveway were in desperate need of full replacement. Nathan and team put forward a thorough proposal to get the job done and ensure the quality of the results would satisfy. From the first onsite review, to proposal, construction and final inspection they were professional, punctual and provided excellent attention to detail. All of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed and not knowing construction was never made to feel unknowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the end result and would only provide an enthusiastic and positive review!

In 2015, we did major construction to a home we purchased in Alta Vista. When we excavated, we saw the home originally had clay weeping tile around the foundation. The new addition would have the proper sock and tube for weeping tiles.

Over the years, we saw our basement sump pump continue to run for a few days after a large rainfall. We knew that there must be an issue with the old weeping tiles. We contacted Ottawa Building & Foundation Repair, and met with Nathan. From the initial meeting to the final check-up, Nathan was professional, knowledgeable and very attentive.

Some of the excavation was on the side of the house and special consideration had to be given to our neighbours fence. The team was great and very careful. They were extremely attentive and very thorough throughout the entire process. The site was left clean at the end of every day and the impact on neighbours was always taken Tino account.

I had OBFR complete a window well excavation, so we could enlarge a basement window. The team handle everything from Locating the utilities, excavation, cutting a larger hole for the bigger window, waterproofing the area, backfilling and installing the new window well. The completed the job without any issues in timely manner, and left the job site in great shape and even topped up the grass in the area with some fresh soil and grass seed. Would not have any hesitation to use their services again or recommend them to any one I know.

I can't speak for other companies but to be sure if you require extensive foundation work you are safe with this company. They redid a big chunk of my foundation around the garage, rebricked the front of the garage and replaced the garage floor. It is clear they did an excellent job and it was important to them that I was a satisfied customer. I gave them top rating no problem.
