I called and spoke with Kerri who was amazing!!! I told her the issue and she explained what was likely the issue. She also said I would receive a call first thing in the morning to advise what time a technician would arrive.
I received a call at 7:42 am and was advised a technician would be there between 10:30 and 11:00. Kevin arrived at 10:45!!! Exactly when he said!!
Kevin replaced fixed my dryer, cleaned up after himself and left the area cleaner than when he found it!
After a couple days of not being able to do laundry, you learn to appreciate a working dryer!
North Durham Appliance was fast, efficient, polite, clean and priced fairly! I would NOT rely on anyone else to take care of my household appliances!!
