I’ve known Ramin for a few years now and every time I needed to get a project done he’s been the first one I contact because I know the quality of work his company delivers. This time around it was a small project, our new house requiring some design and painting. But like always he put in his complete effort to make sure everything went perfectly. I can paint relatively well and do some minor installations myself, the reason I hire his team is because I know I can’t get it done as perfectly as they can, it’s just that simple, I can’t. Of course I recommend The Fresh coat, I wouldn’t be hiring them regularly if I didn’t.

I had pretty heavy water damage in my basement and a lot of it had soaked into and behind the walls. Essentially I needed to redo my entire basement. Regal Design was very professional and transparent about everything when I contacted them. They gave me precise detail in their quote and told me all I needed to know. I have to say the quote was a pretty competitive price considering their level of work and the size of the job. Everything went without any hassles, there was no real stress on my part after I saw how they worked the first day. It was a lot to get done, everything from the tiles on the ground straight to the ceiling was removed and redone, so I was happy with how long it took them to complete it all.

We’re very pleased with the work Ramin and his partners have done. Our kitchen & Bathrooms are completely redesigned from the ground up and every single piece seems to be installed perfectly and previous flaws (such as the actual walls not being perfectly straight) were fixed. The crew was on time every day and cleaned up every day. They were very professional in everything they did and their manner. There is little else to say other than we recommend them and will hire them again in the future for more renovation.

The crew was always on time, always left the site in clean condition and made what could have been a very disruptive process bearable. The quality of the Reno and final finish is excellent. We are thrilled with the job that The Fresh Coat did on our house. They renovated our family room, powder room and upstairs/downstairs flooring including complete painting. They also changed all the baseboards and did an excellent job of making the rest look like new. They also installed crown molding in main floor and a island in the kitchen. This was all done within 3weeks, which we found impressive! The whole team was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them-- we'll definitely use them again in the future.

The company’s crew was great, reliable, efficient, very friendly and well priced. Ramin came to my condo & provided me very clean and neat job without leaving any mess behind. The painting was done on time and everything was cleaned after. I am really happy with the painting job as it is done in a high standard manner. The crew has spent a lot of time on covering everything and the preparation of the project. I would definitely refer the company to any of my friends who would have a painting project.

Ramin came to my house checked the whole project and gave me some good ideas about the different ideas which I really liked also he gave me the best quotation out of 4 other contractors that I had at my house. His crew worked hard every day from early in the mooring until evening without any delays. job was performed incredible. His crew respected my house they covered every inch of my floor and cabinets and furniture and they did a really clean and nice job I will recommend him to everyone and will use this company for my future house.
