Our property needed some major cleanup - the shrubs and trees had not been managed for years prior to us taking over the property. Called up Toronto Tree Removal after having received a quotes from a couple other companies. Aaron came for a walk-through of the property to discuss the work that needed to be completed. He shared his wealth of tree knowledge and patiently shared alternatives of tackling the project. It was really easy to converse with him. These guys came in the most competitive of my quotes and substantially more reasonable compared to the highest one so we decided to go with them. They came 2 days after we confirmed with them. Hilary and crew (4 people) came early in the morning and worked efficiently throughout the day. They took care with the work as they were removing quite a few tall trees from close to the house. As they were working, Hilary worked with my wife to determine the direction for pruning after the deadwooding. They had to haul away a load as well during mid-day. My wife was particularly impressed with a member of the crew that was extremely meticulous in pruning some wayward shrubs along one whole side of the backyard, basically inspecting and measuring branch by branch. Aaron came by with the stump grinder a couple days later to finish off the stumps. All in all a great experience with the team. It is clear that they take great ownership of their work and they are a delight to interact with. Heather and Vivian were also very much on the ball when it comes to the administrative side of things - definitely made it much easier when needing to dialogue with them when at work. Highly recommended and will likely go back to them when future needs arise.
