Marian and his crew did a great job moving us from a condo in Toronto to a house in Aurora. Prior to the move, Marian came to meet with us in person and provided an estimate of how long the move would take based on the amount of furniture and belongings we had. Their pricing is based on an hourly rate + additional time added for travel, with no other fees or hidden costs. It is straight forward pricing. I also found it to be a very fair and reasonable rate compared to other moving companies in Toronto. It was not the lowest, but was far from the highest quote we received.

On the day of the move, Marian and the other two movers were highly professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. Time was not wasted. They did not take breaks, other than a 1/2 hour dinner break on the way to the new house while we finished cleaning the condo (we were not charged for that time). Valuable and breakable items were handled with care, and wooden furniture pieces were wrapped well to prevent scratches.

Unloading the truck was also done quickly and efficiently. After unpacking, we had nothing broken or damaged. They took great care of our belongings. The actual cost of the move was very close to Marian’s estimate.

Choosing a mover can be difficult as there are so many companies out there and not all of them are reliable or honest. Toronto Pro was amazing and we were so happy we chose them. I would highly recommend Toronto Pro Moving and Storage! You will not be disappointed with their service.

Communications we excellent before the move. They were on time and very professional when they showed up for the move. We had a lot of big furniture to move, so Marian told me up front that it would take 2 trips or we would need a second truck. I opted for the second truck and he had another truck at the house in 30 minutes.

The guys were all great ! Very hard working with very few breaks.

For the first time when I have moved, I can honestly say that absolutely nothing was broken, dented or scratched, including moving a piano ! The guys took extra care with everything that was fragile.

I was very impressed about the excellent quality of the services offered by Toronto Pro Moving and Storage. The owners were quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns between the moment they booked my moving and the day when this happened. They brought all the protective pads and boxes for clothes on hangers. Cezar and his three employees did an excellent job by taking care of our belongings so they ended up into our new home without a single scratch and without any damage to the stuff in boxes of all sizes and weights. I thought that the removal of the furniture from the previous house will be a challenge for any moving company due to the configuration of our stairway. However, this was not a problem at all for Cezar and the other movers as they proved to be very skilled so not only that the furniture did not get damaged but the same was for the walls. It was a long day for everybody as we had a lot of stuff but this did not seem to bother any of them. They kept the same positive attitude from the beginning to the very end which was close to midnight. They worked really hard and exceeded my expectations by far. For all these reasons, I would strongly recommend the services of Toronto Pro Moving and Storage to anyone.

I was totally impressed by the amazing movers from Pro Moving. They were extremely courteous, punctual and very professional from the first phone call to the handshake at the end of the move. They handled all my furniture with great care, they moved my piano very safely also. everything was great!!! I would highly recommend them for any of your moving projects.

Marian and his crew truly provide reliable and efficient service. I called on them 3 times in the past 6 months for moving contents from one location to another, as well as utilize there storage facility.

The overall moving experience was extremely positive as the team worked very fast, but careful with all items. I had very heavy pieces ranging from workout equipment to a solid teak day bed.

Since the new location had smaller door frames, Marian did what he could by removing the hinges to bring most of the furniture in. Unfortunately I could get the day bed (and a couple other pieces). I didn't want to cut anything, so I utilized their storage facility until I replaced the doors/windows. In coordinating the time with the window/door company, Marian arrived with 3 others to hoist the large pieces through the window opening. It was incredible to watch, and thank God it all happened smoothly without any damage...anywhere!

I'm so happy and couldn't have lived through it without having professionals like Marian measure, angle, and inch forward each piece.

I have no hesitation calling Pro Movers again.

(Because I used them 3 times plus storage, the price racked up but the initial move worked out to about $500. Really, it was my fault not realizing the door frames of an old house aren't great than 28". Otherwise, they did everything possible to get everything in the first time. The second move was just to move the ground floor contents to the second floor once I finished renos...and the third was the final move from storage).

Unbelievable service from these wonderful gentlemen. They were very professional, polite, helpful and VERY hardworking. Thank you for a very easy, although long distance move! I am so glad I retained you to do my move!
