I worked with Sean before when he inspected my home a few years back. I was really happy this his work then. I could smell and found mold in my basement. I called Sean and asked him to bring his mold sniffing dog, Marni because I knew she had been trained to detect mold in a home. Sean and Marni checked the entire basement and found mold in only two small areas that I suspected. They saved me time, hassle and the cost of ripping open walls, which was a big relief. I had the repairs done and then called Marni & Sean in a second time to do a post inspection. Thankfully this time, no evidence of any mold was found. Sean’s approach and system with Marni was great. He gave me maintenance tips for prevention too. He was courteous, efficient & very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sean and Marni to anyone looking for a mold inspector.

Sean came to inspect our home for mould. My primary reason for choosing Sean was for his mould sniffing dog Marni. He did a thorough job and spent over four hours on our home, both on the inside and outside. His testing methods and equipment including Marni the mould sniffing dog proved a positive result in finding the mold in a spot that traditional equipment couldn't find. I hired Sean Moss to conduct a mold inspection at my home in North Delta. I was concerned that I had a problem in the main bathroom. Sean did a thorough inspection and determined that I likely did not have mold or any moisture intrusion. He provided excellent tips on how to reduce humidity. He also inspected other areas where there might be moisture intrusion and then conducted a general inspection inside and out and provided me with excellent advice in a number of areas. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Hired Sean for house inspection. Spent 5+ hrs on the inspection on a new house. Seems dependable and trust worthy. A inspector who will try to be on your side and not the agents. Will spend time researching something if he doesn't know it. Goes the extra mile to satisfy the client.
