We used Sean to inspect our biggest home purchase yet and like everyone else on here I highly recommend him. We know everything that is right and wrong with our new house now because of his very thorough and detailed inspection that took well over 4 hours to perform. I was very impressed with how he inspected everything and then would explain how things worked and what needed to be done and why. The report is very easy to read and explains everything you need to know with the help of pictures. He really seems to enjoy doing his job, unlike some inspectors whom just spend an hour or 2 writing things down and then ask for the cheque. Thank you Sean and keep up the great work.

As a real estate investor, having a great home inspector is extremely important. Sean came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. I had him do a home inspection on an investment property near commercial drive. His service was on time, very detail oriented and thorough. After the inspection, he took the time to explain the report to me. This guy knows what he's talking about! Not only did he tell me what needs to be fixed, but also things that he could foresee that may require fixing in the future. He would explain everything in a way that anyone could understand. I was very pleased with his professionalism but at the same time he was also super easy-going and funny and makes you feel comfortable talking to him like a buddy. I have been recommending him to anyone who asks me for a home inspector contact. I really wish I had known Sean earlier in my career. Sean was great to work with, and very clear, informative and responsive from the first call. He set a schedule immediately after explaining all the options and approach he would take, and called back later to give the option of earlier openings. He gave both a visual analysis, and took samples, after which he explained remediation processes, and followed-up with a few references for companies that could do the remediation. He also offered to look at the remediation proposals to help us filter down to the best choice, and offered to come back and check the places again after remediation was finished. When the sample tests came out, he took the time to convey the report to us, and explain it in detail. Overall he was just great all around, and no hesitation to use Sean again, and/or recommend him to anyone needing help. Thanks again Sean.

Moving is not a fun thing, but finding Sean and has him to be my inspector is my biggest highlight in the whole process. His report is easy to read (different colour represents different level of attention), custom made, full of pictures, advice, caution and much more. He spent hours for the inspection plus almost 2 hours of personal explanation to me. He even came back another time for the area he cannot inspect on the day of inspection (because too much stuffs in that area). His report to me arrived next morning after the inspection with a list of contact/expert for the areas of my new home which I need to fix.
