He is very professional and I followed him throughout his inspection process: condo mechanical room, roof top, parking space, tested out all the appliances in the condo unit, uncrewed the heat pump panel, electric panel, tested all the electrical outlets, fans, windows and doors and pointed out cracks and water marks. He gave me safety tips for after my move in and made a lists of areas for follow up with pictures in a neatly laid out standard report. I was able to use the information he gave me to secure another $2,000 reduction in the final offer.
