Canadian Property Stars

I booked Canadian Property Stars in the spring 2015 to do all my aeration and lawn care and fertilization. I told them I wanted to be home each and everytime they came. They said they would call a week ahead and email me and then tell me when they were coming. I only got a phone call about a week before and told them I had to be home. Each and everytime they came and went without me being present. They missed places everywhere constantly.
For some reason they did not do my fall aeration. They even called me a week before to tell me they were coming but all they did was the fertilization but no AERATION that I paid for. I have called and called and left numerous messages and emails - WITH NO RESPONSE.
