Ehab and the rest of the team from Level Q did an excellent job with all the renovations in our home. The quality of their work is what I am most happy with and am glad I chose them to make the style and vision of my home a reality.

Three years ago the Level Q team built a 2 level Trex deck in our backyard. The design is beautiful! This spring we noticed 3 of the boards were lifting and were concerned about possible injury.
I contacted Ehab who came over the next day and he agreed that the deck needed repair. He promptly did the repair that afternoon! Now that is customer service!

We had an unfinished basement and got a reasonable quote from Ehab. He took me thru the steps of how the reno will go and explained a lot of things which I did not think of. We now have 1 washroom, 1 bedroom and a living space in the basement.

The staff were professional and friendly. Nasser was also very helpful in explaining things and giving me a peace of mind. I had a very good experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Level Q to renovate our entire kitchen and install laminate flooring in our basement. We wanted to make over the entire kitchen, include new flooring, new cabinets, relocate all appliances, new sinks and install a nice large island.

The entire project took around 8 weeks from start to finish. They always explained to us what they had done by the end of each day, and what would be done on the next day. They also kept our place very clean and tidy.

They paid a lot of attention to details, those details weren't just cosmetic stuff, if they found anything doesn't seem right (could be something that the builder did/previous DIY project), they would point it out to us and fixed it properly. For example, after they opened up our floor in our kitchen area, they found a hidden junction box which actually located in our basement's ceiling. They didn't ignore it, they explained to us what bad situation could happen, and the fixed it for us.

Before they install the kitchen pot light, they discussed with us throughly to understand what we wanted and told us what are the better options. Finally, we took their advice of the pot light arrangement. They installed additional pot lights in our kitchen without additional charge. They always said making the customer satisfied is the most important, they were willing to chip in extra to ensure that.

The cost of their entire project is not the cheapest one out there, I would say it is fair. Other highly rated contractor would quote you a much higher price for the exact same design. Level Q can really deliver high quality craftsmanship. I think that's the most important thing when you choose a contractor, you want someone who can do the RIGHT job for your renovation.

We're extremely satisfied with the final product. We will definitely hire Ehab and his team for our next renovation project in the future.

The renovation included opening the living space, replacing all floors and redoing the kitchen and bathroom. The work crew was very skilled, accommodating, patient and pleasant and were willing to explain and advise us when we were uncertain about anything. Upon completion the worksite was properly cleaned. The company is willing to follow up on any matters that may need further attention.

Level Q is an excellent company, highly professional and more importantly a trusted company. We had gone through plenty of other contractors, and obtained many different quotes. We had the opportunity to go with other contractors, However boy am I glad we took our time in researching these other contractors--not only did they have bad time management, but they didn't show up to jobs , performed a terrible job and took client's money and ran off without completing the job. Level Q is NOT like this at all !!, Ehab the CEO of Level Q, is a smart, knowledgable, creative, attentive, trustworthy individual who sincerely cares in performing not just a job well done but to perform quality work with quality products. He helped us through every step and provided his recommendations along the way.

His team was also a pleasure to have in our home, they were trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. We loved his father, who assisted us in every aspect of the job and is very very knowledgeable. The work that was done in our home was top to bottom-- new flooring, new bedrooms, new bedroom closets, new 3 piece washrooms, new custom made kitchen with beautiful white tiles and cabinetry with the addition of open concept living room and dining. Basement was also done new flooring, 3piece washroom, laundry and wash, 1 bedroom with huge closet (and more)--- Everything was done according to my family and I's dream. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned (he even showed us how it would look using 3D equipment). During the entire process Ehab kept us up to date and on budget with everything. Ehab's pricing was comprehensive with no surprises.

Our favourite part of this whole process was not only how the kitchen turned out (which is our favourite part) but how we gained a family in whom we have no affiliation with. During the project, Ehab and his team would include us in every aspect of the project. He made us not feel like we were strangers in our own home. They had respect, amazing customer service and always communicated effectively about everything. He met every deadline , and even followed up after the whole project was completed. We recommended Level Q to everybody, especially the ones who like to converse and interact with people. We couldn't be more happier then to select Ehab and his team.
