I am very please with my new kitchen and the whole main level looks amazing. Ehab made sure that everything was done the way I wanted. Drawings come back with a pillar at the island after a wall was taken down which I didn't want. Ehab found the solution to get rid of the pillar.

We purchased a 2750 sq foot home that needed a lot of updates and were looking for a contractor who we could trust, who would deliver top quality, on time and within our budget. We interviewed a few and decided on Ehab and the Level Q team. During the surveying and quote process, Ehab showed he knew what he was doing, understood our ideas and what we were looking for and discussed the possibilities. We wanted to convert one large bathroom into two, change the layout of another bathroom, update the powder room, take down a wall & fireplace and replace the tile in our kitchen and foyer.

Every member of the level Q team was exceptional - from demolition crew, electrician, plumbers, tiler, drywall and painters. The quality they delivered was outstanding. We were very particular on tiling and the tiler delivered an amazing finish. Ehab was very hands on visiting the site often and very responsive. He was always easy to contact and provided so many great ideas, guided us along every step of the renovation and introduced us to many great suppliers. We couldn’t have done it without him and the Level Q team. Renovations can be stressful, but we had so much fun with ours thanks to Level Q. We are so happy with the quality & finish and the project was completed ahead of schedule. I’d highly recommend Ehab and the Level Q team for any of your renovation needs.

A previous contractor had taken money and not completed the job - and what ever was completed was a total disaster.
LevelQ took over the project and fixed it beyond what I could ever imagine. Very professional, friendly, honest and accommodating, but a bit on the expensive side ( you get what you pay for).

I contacted Ehab along with 6 other renovation companies when I purchased my new home. He, along with the other companies, came during a showing (before the closing date) and provided me with a quote. I chose Level Q not only because the quote was great, but because I instantly felt I could trust Ehab in my home. They started work the day after I moved in which was amazing. Every one of the tradesmen that came through my home was extremely respectful and genuine good people. I was home throughout the renovation and always felt comfortable with them being there. The were polite, friendly, and understanding. If I ever had questions about anything during the process, they would explain things in detail while made me very confident about the products they used, and how they were installed. Halfway through the basement renovation I asked if they could renovate my upstairs bathroom as well as I was so impressed with the work so far. Ehab and his team were able to renovate both spaces at the same time. Both jobs were competed on time and for the exact cost that I was quoted. The results were more than I had expected and I wouldn't change a thing. I'm so pleased with the results that I have full intentions of having Level Q renovate my kitchen within the next few months. We are thoroughly pleased with our new basement space, and have been making use of it daily for the past two weeks.

During any contracted work, especially a project that will take several weeks to complete, clear and effective communication is what gives you confidence. It's paramount. This is what you will get with LevelQ. Any question I asked, any changes I wanted made, any changes that may have been required to the design, or any change in schedule were all communicated in a timely and professional manner.

I knew what was happening, when it was happening, and I knew roughly what the forward schedule was.

The staff were all professional, everyone introduced themselves to me and shook my hand as I met them. I work from home so I was here most of the time. This allowed them to get my opinion when there was more than one way to accomplish something. Something I really appreciated. Every day, as the day was done, the final step was always to clean up as much as possible and leave the area relatively clean for place under construction.

I had a general idea of what I wanted and relayed that info. LevelQ was able to then take that idea and turn it into this wonderful space. Many of the details, I would have never thought of on my own. That's why you hire a pro!

Included in my basement install, is a Dolby Atmos setup with two subwoofers, 4 in wall speakers and 4 height speakers. The wiring was all completed by LevelQ and really professionally finished with tidy wrapping and proper terminations.

I had my basement completed with three rooms, Laundry, bathroom and play area. Ehab and his team completed the job in a reasonable time frame that we had agreed on. Each morning the guys came in early to work on the basement and I must say they really work fast. They are very knowledgeable about their trade and they give you good ideas about design that soothes you best.
each day when the guys leave the basement was clean with minimal dust, which was great to see. I would recommend level q in heart beat. The final finishes were amazing and I must say we are very happy with the job they did. Customer service was excellent any concerns you may have Ehab took care of them asap which was really great. We have two kids under thee and I was dreading finding a contractor to do a main floor reno- kitchen, living room, dining room and powder room bc of the tremendous horror stories of work that went wrong. Working with Ehab and his team was amazing from start to finish. His team was courteous,knowledable, prompt and reliable. They started and finished on time and guaranteed their work. I'm in love with the functionality and esthetic of my new main floor and am excited to actually do some concrete work next spring.

My basement flooded and my insurance company was giving me the cheapest possible material for my Reno. After looking around for a contractor, I decided to go with LevelQ. Ehab was very creative and was able to fit in a lot of extras into my budget, he even brought samples of the product that he was going to install. After getting several quotes from various contractors we finally decided on Level Q. Ehab felt very confident that he would be able to build us the master bathroom ensuite that we had envisioned (which was in a very unique space).
Once Ehab and his crew got started we knew we made the right choice. His entire crew was professional and took the time to speak to us when we had questions about the work being done.
Our bathroom was completed much quicker than we anticipated with very little surprises along the way.
Ehab stayed right on budget and even went above and beyond to complete a few other small jobs for us that were not part of our initial agreement.
We had read other reviews where people had praised Level Q on how well they cleaned up, well they were right! We have hired other contractors in the past and were anticipating the usual mess afterwards. This was not the case at all, the entire work area was always kept clean and no garbage was left once the job was done.
We would highly recommend Level Q and we would use them again for any future renovations.
