Level Q Renovation & Design Inc.

My wife and I decided to renovate our basement to get more living space and a second bathroom. We expected it would be an onerous project given there was no rough-in plumbing for the bathroom, but it turned out to be a far more involved project than we or Level Q expected. There was severe water damage, plumbing issues in the laundry room and general site conditions/access that made this an incredibly difficult renovation.

Level Q was great to work with. Ehab solved problems to deal with many of our issues, and when unexpected costs had to be added to the project, Ehab did a marvelous job of trying to keep the costs as low as possible. One area that we would've liked more insight on was a reasonable estimate for duration of the renovation. It took much longer than we expected which in hindsight was not terribly surprising given the extent of the incremental work required. We are thrilled with the finished product. Level Q pays attention to the details and certainly takes pride in the work they do. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and would bring them back to my house should I decide to do further work.
