With reno coming to an end, we were eager to get rid of the dust that has accumulated and resettled through the vents even after wiping things down - clearly we needed to clean our ducts. Our GC and neighbours [recent reno] didn't have recommendations.
I searched HomeStars for suppliers and noticed Green & Spotless reviews were very high [among others].
When we were ready to order the service, I posted on HomeStars and called G&S directly.
Devon made it easy:

He walked me through the process.
He scheduled me in for that week despite his seemingly full calendar. Knowing my urgency he was even able to move up the appointment to the next day due to a flood cancellation.
He confidently walked me through what was to be done.
He and Alec were very efficient with their time - couple hours /1200 Sq Ft.
At the end, he showed me the finished work - before and after.
And, he left me with instructions for regular maintenance.
The test - the air definitely feels clean. Maybe I should wait a week to do the finger test and really have a sense . It does feel good to be starting with a cleaned out furnace in our newly reno'd home.
