As well, Ross's quote was a lot more reasonable than some others I received because he really took the time to examine the basement carefully and only do the work that 'really' needed to be done. He also gave me some great advice on how to waterproof other parts of our house which ended up saving us a lot of money. He was a huge help to my family and a pleasure to work with. I recently found mould in the attic, which have been checked for years. I did some research and called a few companies to give me an estimation based on the condition. Although most of the companies sent people over to do an estimation, Ross was the only person, who got into attic and did a complete check before giving me an estimation, which was lower than the other companies asked for. Ross also explained to me in detail about the possible causes and solutions in my case.

I have just purchased a house and one of the first things I wanted to do was get rid of the mold in my attic and cantina. The attic was the bigger issue. I called the line and Kay helped me with information and she also gave me Ross' number to discuss my problem. As a result of my confidence in the conversations and the reviews on homestars.com I booked them for the day after my closing. Apparently they start their days in the summer at 5 a.m. (yep five a.m.) so they don't cook in the attic so be prepared to be there early or to wake up early to let them in. I see the before and after pics and I am totally satisfied. At the end, Ross gave me a present, some Zinsser paint for the cantina so the mold doesn't come back, a roller, paint roll and paint tray, it was a nice touch at the end of the project.
