We bought our house in 2011 and it met almost every requirement on our wants & needs list. It needed a lot of TLC but we were prepared to invest.
What we were not prepared for was learning that the previous owners had cleaned up a mold issue in the attic but had NOT addressed the cause.
We got the venting corrected in the attic and set about finding somebody to deal with our mold issue.
The first company quoted us a very high price and seemed to be taking advantage of people's fear of mold. Forturnately, a friend of ours had used Mold Services and forwarded pictures of their great work.
Ross & Kay & Lucas were great. Scheduling was easy, They showed up on time and they were finished quickly, leaving behind a very clean attic.
Practical, friendly and efficient - I would recommend Mold Services to anybody.
