The Mold Guy, Mold Detection & Removal

I was delighted with the service from the Mold Guy company.
My contractor suspected that we had mold in the basement but couldn't come to check it out until the weekend. We were trying to put the house up for sale so timing was tight.
I called the Mold Guy on Thursday. Kay was a delight to deal with. We made a conditional appointment for them to spend an inspector on Monday and a remediation crew on Tuesday - all if they found mold.
Well, find mold they did. I confirmed with Kay on Sunday, the inspector showed up exactly on time on Monday morning. The three man crew arrived on time on Tuesday and worked for 6 or so hours to tear out most of the basement bathroom and other small affected areas. They were efficient, pleasant, and they left the place cleaner than when they started.
The office sent me a letter affirming that we had no more mold the next day.
As good an experience as one could have, dealing with something as unpleasant as mold.
