When i call I spoke with live person on the phone, I set the appontment for the same day even though after
working hourst. The ignition for the
gas oven was replaced imediately,
and after the test with the oven if works properly the mechanic lef my house. I'm please with the service

I called Atiar at Hightech this morning and he arrived within a few hours to repair my dishwasher. He found an electrical short that could have caused a fire, fixed it and told me what I should say to the manufacturer when I called. I was very grateful for his expertise, willingness to explain everything and friendliness. I will definitely use Hightech Appliance Service for all my appliances and recommend Atiar to my friends.

Great service, prompt and very fair pricing. Would definitely refer this company. My fridge is an LG and most companies don't fix LG because LG won't sell them the parts. I called LG for service and they were going to send me another company (which only had a 1.7 stars on homestars). I refused to accept that company and thank goodness I found Atiar. He was quick to respond and his price was much cheaper than what LG was going to charge me.

Called Hightech to fix my fridge that had the freezer fan that would work intermittently and leaving contents thawing.
Atiar came right on time and was extremely detailed in his explanation of possible problems. His diagnosis was more time consuming because my fan decided to choose that hour to work. Instead of leaving me with unclear solutions, he ran further tests and isolated the problem out to the controller board. He even gave me a choice of waiting to fix the problem if I didn't feel like spending on it or getting to the fix asap .. no pressure or up-selling. I appreciated his detailing me on the problem, and went with having him fix it.
The job was done very efficiently and the space was left clean.

Addendum:
The refrigerator still didn't turn out to work quite right (not Hightech's fault but my fridge was on its last gasp) - called Hightech on a Sunday to see if it could be checked again. Atiar came promptly the following day despite not getting the part from GE (it was discontinued). While most techs would have called and given up, Atiar still came to see if it would work with something similar. To top it, he refused any money for the follow-up service call or the replacement part. It's not often that a contractor/tech takes such pride and ownership of my problem; and I felt that the least I could do is post an edit in appreciation.

Extremely pleased with Atiar's service. We were experiencing a problem with a defective pressure sensor (the drum was overflowing) at around noon on a Sunday. One quick call, and just a few hours later, Atiar had visited and successfully repaired the sensor. Atiar was knowledgeable and quick to share advice. Friendly, prompt, professional service. Wouldn't hestiate to call on his services again. Thanks!

I am SO pleased with the service provided by Atiar from High Tech Appliance. I discovered my dishwasher was broken at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and it was fixed by 7pm THE SAME DAY. Atiar answered his phone right away (I tried 2 other places and just got voicemail). He explained the process and price and made the appointment to come 2 hours later. We had a problem with our washing machine and based on the reviews from this site we decided to call High Tech Appliance Service. Atiar was able to make an appointment to come the very next day, he was right on time, and he detected and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He charged us a fair price, so we were very happy. I will definitely contact him next time I need help with an appliance!

We recently decided to replace the problematic gas dryer that came with our house. I am a relatively handy and resourceful sort , with an engineering background so I usually have a curiosity around how things work, and was considering doing the gas disconnect and hookup myself. Had read up on the task in many forums and asked other people I know about the risks, concerns, key issues, etc.. Also went as far as to visit a local plumbing supply speciality shop to pick up 'Masters Gas Test Fluid', gas flex hose, gas rated teflon tape, and some other bits and pieces I thought might be useful. The gas disconnect went ok, but then I started second guessing whether or not my recently acquired knowledge was sufficient (did I want to return home to the smell of natural gas in the house, or worse). I decided (SO decided too) that the risk in this case wasn't worth the cost savings, so i called Atiar.
I appreciate good customer service, and usually get kind of wound up when I get bad service or smell BS, and this guy was excellent. He showed up the same day I called him, at the time he said he would, he was open and approachable, no attitude, answered all my questions and was quick in the execution of the job. His price included all parts as he said it would, no hidden charges or upselling. Would definitely recommend him to others and use him again if I get stuck or don't have the time or interest to research needed appliance repairs.
One last thing, after we committed to purchasing a replacement dryer, I opened the old one up to see what was going on (broken belt, faulty door switch, idler tension pulley bearings disintegrated, semi functional control panel) but most alarming was a thick carpet of lint all over the floor of the dryer housing, and specifically over the burner heat shield. Half an inch of blackened lint on the burner heat shield was enough to convince me that the new dryer needs to get opened up and cleaned out yearly. Oh, and I also found about $18 worth of coins in there, no kidding.

Our dishwasher broke and in purchasing a new one, we needed some help to install. We called High Tech and they were available to come out the same day. He fixed the electrical outlet so that it would work with the new unit, installed the new drain hose and hooked up the electrical. He was very mindful of safety and checked to make sure we were happy before leaving. Very courteous, very skilled and very reasonable in price. Would recommend them for any appliance install or repair.
