High Tech Appliance Service

Atiar's great reviews here prompted me to call him, and he lived up them. My gas oven in my stove was not lighting (though the broiler worked). I called at 10 am; Altiar was here, as promised, at 2:00 pm and done by 3:00. He explained what the problem was, and why (gas oven igniters have a limited lifespan, so after 8 years, this one was due); he had the parts with him and fixed it on the spot; and it comes with a 30-day warranty. Excellent, professional work. I now have a new go-to guy for appliance repairs. Highly recommended.

My washing machine broke down one morning. Called High Tech Appliance service and they sent someone at my house the next morning. Atiar Rahman. He was very friendly and professional. He immediately saw the problem, went to get the parts in his van and in 15 min, my washing machine was working again !!!

We'd had a cleaning service (who were excellent) clean our home after my foot surgery. While they were cleaning the stove, they used excessive water to clean the microwave and stove and the stovetop no longer worked. I called High Tech Appliance and Atiar came same day to diagnose the repair (spark module). He came the next day with the part and fixed the stovetop within an hour.

He was honest, helpful, pleasant and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Atiar and call High Tech Appliance Service again if we have any issues with our appliances in the future. Thanks Atiar - you were a lifesaver going into a long weekend!

Real professionals. I called at 09:00 on a Sat morning of a long weekend because my freezer wasn't working and someone came by 1:00 that afternoon. It had just been fixed six months before by a different company but they did it completely incorrectly with wrong parts. High Tech's team explained everything, showed me the problem and fixed it properly. Would definitely use them again.

I called Atiar because my gas oven did not light and we booked an appointment for the very next day. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and polite. He explained exactly what the problem was and how to fix it - a new igniter was required. He had the new part on hand and it was fixed within 30 minutes. I heard Atiar on the telephone diagnosing problems that people were calling him about - of the 3 calls he received, he told 2 people that it was not in their best interest to repair and that it would be cheaper for them to buy a new appliance. He could easily have taken their money but instead he gave them good advice for free. If you want an honest and hard working appliance repair person, Hightech is the company you should call! Atiar was very helpful in recommending a model and installing it after I purchased. He angled the dishwasher slightly away so it wouldn't leak. He was reliable in both timeliness and efficiency of installation and fair priced.

We contacted Apiar for a part installation of our fridge and he arrived later the same day and was very polite. When he arrived and saw the fridge and parts he told us that they were the wrong parts that we had ordered. This was the error of the parts company. He charged us $60 for the 5 minutes he was there and said he would return to install the correct one. A week later, new parts arrived and he came to the house promptly a day later. On arrival, he told my husband that he was not able to install the parts in the fridge as he did not have the correct tools. This was a huge oversight on his part not to have figured that out on the first visit.He did install the new dishwasher and only charged $60 rather than $100. The fridge issue was dissappointing enough that I would not use this service in future.

I called Atiar on a Sunday morning to repair our fridge that had water leaking inside. A few hours later, he showed up! He explained to us and showed us what had caused the leakage, and how he was going to do the repair. He's very professional, thorough and neat. It has been more than a week since the repair, and our fridge is working great! We're happy with his service, and the price is very reasonable.

I called and spoke to Atiar right away. Even though it was Saturday, he was able to come to deal with my fridge that was not cooling - he was even able to call me and come earlier than planned. Service was friendly, professional. Two parts needed to be replaced and it was dealt with quickly for $240. A service call is $50, but this was not charged on top of the work that he did.

I called Atiar after reading positive reviews of his company's service on this website. He answered my call in the evening and set an appointment date for the next morning. He was prompt and efficient.
He corrected the problem with the gas igniter and the stove is now working.
I would definitely call his service again when I am in need of appliance service repair.
