Wow! Atiar was the only one who answered my call and came out the same day. He even arrived earlier than he said he could come. He hoped he could fix it relatively economically by changing a relay, but warned me that if that didn't work it was a serious compressor issue. He came back promptly the next day to install the relay, but ultimately concluded the compressor had had it and wasn't worth my while to replace. He recommended I purchase a new refrigerator because it would cost the same as replacing the compressor. He refunded my fee as he wasn't able to repair the problem!!! I phoned him back to inquire whether I should proceed with an expensive repair since I was having trouble finding an in-stock fridge I could get in a hurry, he still recommended I buy a new one because I would get a better warranty. Where do you get that kind of honesty these days? A very honourable gentleman I have no trouble recommending.
