Took weeks to get someone to respond to our problem. They were rude and condescending. Said they charged $75 per hour. When the repairman finally came ( he was friendly) after threats of calling the BBB he took less than an hour to fix window #1 but left to find the right part to fix window #2. Back a couple of days later and fixed second window in less than 5 minutes. They have the balls to charge us for 2 hours! Unbelievable!

Ron, sorry to hear about your experience; we apologize if you felt we came across rude and appreciate your feedback as it will help us improve on the customer relations side.Typically there is a $75/hr charge for any service calls, which we would have advised you before any work is done, that are not covered under warranty. The charge covers the travel time to site so this all depends on where we needed to be. We do try and keep a minimal charge for any extras done or if extra parts are used and often times do not charge for any new parts used.
