I recently purchased a home requiring extensive renovations including a kitchen. As a designer myself, I was worried about my own project and my vision. Rodney from Raywal Kitchens was able to execute my vision on time and on budget. Rodney and his team paid attention to every detail to ensure I had got my dream kitchen.

As Interior Designers,my wife and I have been working with Raywal Kitchens for many years,because of their wellknown high standard of quality and workmanship .This time,we needed their services to build the kitchen cabinetry and vanities for our new private residence.We worked very close on the design and planning with Rodney Gray and because of some difficult detailing solutions,in my opinion,we create an unique project.Production and delivery was right on time and the installer was extremely cooperative and meticulous.My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the final product and without any doubt I will recommend this company for any of your cabinetry needs.

I have been dealing with Chris Putman from Raywal since about Jan/13. His customer service skills are amazing. Let me tell you that I went to numerous other cabinet companies and some of the prices I received were absolutely ridiculous. Not only were the prices inflated, but some of them lacked professionalism, customer service and the quality of merchandise left a lot to be desired. One lady even asked me if I could afford to purchase a kitchen. She needs to take a customer service class hosted by Chris.
When I met Chris, I knew he was my cabinet guy right off the bat. He is not pushy and listened to what I wanted. He made solid suggestions and offered me an array of kitchen layouts. Chris was able to provide a better product and design without sacrificing any quality whatsoever for a much more reasonable price.
He installed my kitchen and 3 bathrooms in June. Probably the nicest and easiest guy I have dealt with throughout the entire building process. He has the patience of a Saint. He always made time to answer all of my questions. Every email I sent to him, he responded to. Every voice mail I left him, he called me back. Chris tweaked and amended the layout and drawers several times. He was extremely professional, helpful and insightful. I must also say that the delivery guys and the gentlemen that installed my countertops were very easy to work with as well. From top to bottom, Chris provided fantastic service and always treated me with the utmost respect.
He helped design a floating vanity for me in the ensuite. I have received numerous compliments on it as it looks amazing. The kitchen we put together looks fantastic. It is the focal point to the house. I can’t say enough about the work ethic and professionalism of Chris. The next house I build, Chris will be the guy I go to for my kitchen and bathrooms. very professional Rod was extremely helpful with measurements and suggestions and ideas. Matt the installer was wonderful. Excellent carpenter, had some tricky spots and he manouevered wonderfully. Have to get two doors replaced due to gouges and scratches, but to be expected I assume. Quality of the cabinets are excellent, nothing beats a Raywall cabinet!

We had a good experience renovating our entire kitchen by Raywal. From the beginning kitchen design to installation and service, we became increasingly confident that we are dealing with professional staff and company. We had piece of mind that any questions, issues, and concerns will be dealt with promptly and professionally. Our designer was patient and changed the kitchen design a few times whichever way we liked, and gave us good advice on matching colors, type of counter tops, and so on.

Our installer (Robbie) did excellent job. During the installation, the installation manager visited a couple of times to make sure everything is going fine. This impressed us. Customer satisfaction seems to be main objective for Rawal. I will definitely recommend Raywal to everyone.

One feedback I have is that after our kitchen island was installed we decided to expand it with extra cabinets. We have to wait 5-6 weeks for these cabinets to be made. I hope Raywal will consider to prepare small orders in shorter time.

We recently renovated our kitchen with the help of Raywal Cabinets. The service was professional from the design phase to the installation phase. We received friendly and knowledge service from Zohreh, and we are very pleased with the end result.

Unfortunately, Raywal still has not been able to complete our project. They measured the space incorrectly, then finished one of our cabinets incorrectly - TWICE! I called to see what the status is and apparently there is no one working today (Friday before a long weekend, so my stuff isn't a priority for them?) The head of their service department in a very condescending tone tells me this is the nature of their business, it happens all the time and nothing he can do. To add insult to injury when I asked to be put through to someone more senior, the receptionist put me through to a non activated voicemail. So I am left with little choice but to take my concerns to a public forum in the hopes that they might get addressed. Unfortunately, we're having a wedding at our house this weekend and there is a big gaping hole in our kitchen where our cabinet should be. DEFINITELY, would not recommend them to a friend (or my worse enemy for that matter), Oh did I mention they already have full payment - maybe another reason they are not concerned about finishing the job?
