We had a good experience renovating our entire kitchen by Raywal. From the beginning kitchen design to installation and service, we became increasingly confident that we are dealing with professional staff and company. We had piece of mind that any questions, issues, and concerns will be dealt with promptly and professionally. Our designer was patient and changed the kitchen design a few times whichever way we liked, and gave us good advice on matching colors, type of counter tops, and so on. Our installer (Robbie) did excellent job. During the installation, the installation manager visited a couple of times to make sure everything is going fine. This impressed us. Customer satisfaction seems to be main objective for Rawal. I will definitely recommend Raywal to everyone. One feedback I have is that after our kitchen island was installed we decided to expand it with extra cabinets. We have to wait 5-6 weeks for these cabinets to be made. I hope Raywal will consider to prepare small orders in shorter time.
