I'd like to start off by saying that I will definitely recommend this company.
It was a smooth sailing from the very first moment I contacted the company (Kathy answered the phone) to Mike's follow-up and our payment.

Those guys are very friendly, tactful, professional, knowledgeable, punctual and very easy to deal with. Really - zero headaches on our side. I found them on this site and do not regret we chose them.

We felt quality in everything they do - precise measurements, good recommendations, rich selection of materials, professional team that would always arrive on time as promised, work diligently, and clean up when done. All this while being attentive to both details and customer's requests/questions. The follow-up by Mike to check in and see whether the customer had any questions or concerns was unexpectedly pleasant.
One can tell the employees have good attitude and also know how to deal with people.

Our floors look awesome and we have been enjoying them every day.

As a general contractor I have been working with Expert for several years, both commercial and residential. They completed the most recent carpet install for me today. It took a while for me to find a company and more specifically the right person (Mike and his wife Kathy/ owners) that I would trust to take on my project. The attention to detail leading up to the install impressed me over other contractors I had interviewed. Mike is very detailed and that is exactly what I needed as this install was very important to me.
I was sold after a few minutes of speaking with Mike and the installation was equally impressive. In fact they surpassed my expectations . Believe me I dont say that often. Thanks for the followup as well. Great doing business with you and will keep you in mind for future projects.

Donna did an amazing job in finding the right Harwood for me with more than right price. Then she followed up with scheduling the delivery and installation.
Michael did the rest coming to measure the areas before ordering the floor, accommodating me with the preferred date of installation and dispatching the most reliable crew of three super installers that blasted our upper floor our home in less than a day.
Can't express my gratitude enough to these workers, very detailed, very considerate to our home, they did an amazing job, quality and professionalism from start to finish. Using Expert Flooring was a great experience all together.

Expert Flooring did a superb job in every way.
From helping us find the hardwood we wanted (and the carpet used for the bedrooms) to the removal of the old floors and the ultimate new installation, their service and workmanship were excellent. It was a complicated job with multiple staircases and unusually shaped rooms, but with their precise and careful work, the entire project came out perfectly and we could not be happier! Mike and Donna were incredibly helpful----their expertise and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. And the hardwood & stair installers were also extremely conscientious, considerate, and talented. The quality of their work was exceptional---and, like everyone associated with EF, they were a absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you all very much!

Donna and Mike were amazing to partner with for installing new hardware floors for my condo. They were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The installers were pleasant to work with too and worked very cleanly and cautiously with my furniture. I have already recommended Experrt Flooring to friends and family.
